 Merlin Carbon FiltersThe special pre-carbon block filter and post carbon inline filters are manufactured by GE for the Merlin system only. These filters will not work in any other system on the market, they are special made for the GE Merlin system. The Pre-carbon block filter should be replaced every 3 to 4 months depending upon your water quality in your area and how much sediment you may have in your water supply. The Post carbon inline filter should be replaced every 12 months for best results and best overall water quality from your system.
