I just wanted to thank you again and express what a pleasure it is, doing business with your company. Your products and pricing are excellant, while your service is superior. The first R/O unit I bought years ago, at a big box lumber/home store, worked well, yet the company that marketed it was deceptive with replacement parts and filters. This was a generic unit, however, they wanted one to believe they were the only place in the world to buy their ridiculously overpriced supplies.

I'm glad I found you on the internet, as now, having replaced that unit with a more efficient one from you, I no longer have to deal with such nonsense in order to get a good glass of water. I appreciate your computer generated reminders, when parts need replacing and even moreso, I appreciate your readily available assistance, when questions arise as to service procedures. Thanks for running a good company.
